I can't express it enough how much Jim at M1 Agency has helped us to find the right plan for us and to understand all the issues with the medical insurance plans and what would be the best option for us in every aspect from the Doctor's to the prescriptions and more. Lost in the initial seminar. Jim, reached out and set up a Google meet virtual appointment with 2 hours. He always made sure to pace himself accordingly and was patient when I asked him to repeat himself. He me time to respond my questions regarding my doctors and medication. He set up another appt the same day to complete the process. I felt like I was talking to a trusted agent I had worked with for years. He answered all my questions and I'm so grateful.

Thank you Jim. The time you took to help me through this process was priceless. The biggest problem is I get confused and overwhelmed by all the information out there. You made it so easy to compare what I have now to what I will need going forward. You did side by side comparisons and found one almost exactly the same as I have now. Only the cost is better for me. You took your time to explain how it would work when the time comes to switch. I would refer to to any of my friends and my brother who will retire in a couple of years. Thank you again,
